I dont blame Cabelas for washing their hands of this state. Probably a business decision designed to save them legal/financial headaches.

According to the Md. constitution the federal constitution is the supreme law of the land.
What part of 'shall not be infringed' is so hard to comprehend?
State law cannot infringe on the US Constitution or the Maryland Constitution. So, while state law can be more restrictive than federal law, it cannot violate any Constitutional rights. Just like federal law cannot violate any Constitutional rights.

I was in the L.L. Bean in Freeport a few years ago and they wouldnt even let me and my dad look at an unregulated shotgun because we were from Maryland. Talk about obnoxious.
