New Rifle ...

Got a new rifle to add to the collection. The new rifle is a Savage 110 BA Stealth in 338 LM

I put an Athlon Argos BTR 8-32 scope on it for the time being until my package from vortex arrives to replace it.

I cannot wait to take it out this weekend!

I have done a break in every time except when i got my last rifle. So far I have not noticed a difference.

You've got a 308 Mossberg MVP there too, right? How do you like it? Especially in terms of accuracy and bolt grittiness? Also, does your bolt have the funny device Mossy patented for grabbing cartridges out of a mag that sits much lower than typical bolt action mags?

I do not. That pic has:

rem 700 in 308 in an aics chassis
Savage 10 in 6.5cm in mdt chassis
Savage 110 in 300wm in a hs precision stock
Ar10 in 308
Ar15 in 223

And the new one is a 110 B.A. stealth in 338lm

No mossberg mvp

I definitely didn’t need anything.. I have tons of toys to go bang... I really just wanted something that would stretch out farther than 6.5 and I’m not loving the 300wm

Lol. I shoot a 300wm without a brake or suppressor. Can’t wait to see how this feels with a brake

That's what probably threw me off, the MVP chassis is the same MDT LSS model, looks really similar.
