    I purchased a few lowers prior to 10/2013. I am somewhat familiar with the laws on building a pistol. I ordered a 16" barrel (non HBar) as I was going to build an AR rifle, but reading up on Maryland's '13 law. I can no longer build the rifle. Any issue making it a pistol? 16" with bayonet lug?

    Thanks and I have not been on this site in years, great place. I'm pretty sure its been discussed previously.

    Check out the forum rules, make a post to introductions then you may get a serious answer. Especially if you post to the appropriate sub forum
