A few weeks ago I attended my first gun raffle event. Or tickets had 4 sets of numbers on them, obviously 4 chances to win. The drawing was done using bingo calling numbers (4 tumblers with random numbers). I assumed that ticket stubs would be called. We didn't see many people collecting prizes. The question I have is this the usual process (using 4 random numbers)? It seems to me that a winning chance is astronomical.

The odds depend on the number of tickets sold and the number of drawings of the balls.

    Was the raffle licensed?

    All raffles favor the house..
