I was at AGC yesterday shooting my Hardened Arms 300 AAC Blackout upper I bought from TomKat Ammo at the Hoco gun show. Video shows 10 rounds of their 208 Gr. subsonics. 50 yards, at rest. 4x32 tactical scope. Bushmaster lower.

Cool video. I like the super-imposed target.
I have the same make upper with a 8.25 inch barrel, suppressed. With the subsonics its still as loud as a hard hand clap. Love the gun though.

    reta,
    Nice shooting.
You were shooting unsuppressed correct? And if so, what prompted you choose to subs over supers?
    I have a 16" .300AAC for deer/hog hunting and am using 125 grain supers.
    thanks,
    Jim

Jim, I was just shooting the ammo I had left from my initial purchase when I got the upper. Yes, I'm shooting unsuppressed. I have some 150 gr supers coming in today. I'll be back shooting those when AGC dries out a little. Where did you get the 125 gr rounds from?

Interesting - did you have any failure to feed/ejects, etc. shooting those subs unsuppressed? Didn't appear that way in your video unless it was pieced together.

Try these guys at FTW for 125 grain ammo - http://ftwammo.com/ :

    or

    and

I used their ballistic tips for hunting - they pack a nice punch on the deer :)

    and

Ozark Ordnance - not as many 125 grain choices but quality ammo at a decent price. I have used their 150 grain ammo for plinking.

Oh yeah - one more thing - what length barrel do you have?
