the ppu match is great, but I've had fantastic results even from their white box ammo.

PMC has really stepped up their game, on a side note- newer production PMC bronze will shoot sub MOA out of the right gun for me, it performs INCREDIBLY well

Old PMC is not bad, just mediocre. I started seeing better performance around the end of 2013-mid 2014

    Who said PPU was crap?

I know machine gun guys w that that's all they shoot.

I've said the PPU Match .223 75gr BTHP was crap in my specific rifle - which it was, looked more like a shotgun pattern than a group at 100 yards.

That same rifle would leave a nice little bug-hole group with my handloaded 75gr rounds.

I see it like any other firearm, some brands of ammo just don't mesh well with specific guns.

Only bought 2 boxes of it, so it didn't hurt my feelings any. :)

I saw over at Bob's Sunoco in Calloway an AR platform chambered in 30-06, Naturally a large rifle. Looked well made, not sure the manufacturer. I never have had any issues finding 30-06.
