The NSSA’s spring National shoot is this week. Come check it out!
Here’s the shooting schedule for all the team matches.
    Friday:
Revolver team Match starts at 9:00 am and ends around noon. Competitors shoot at hanging targets at 25 yards, one handed.
Smoothbore musket team match starts at 11:30am
Breechloader team match (Henry rifles, spencer rifles) starts at 1:45pm. Super fast paced, and accurate shooting, for sure.
Smoothbore cannon match starts at 2:45 Pm
Mortar match starts at 4:30 pm. Fun to watch! You can see the mortar ball flying through the air!

    Saturday:
Carbine team match starts at 8:30am and ends around noon. Dozens of different models of carbines used in the civil war, can be seen being used in this match!
Cannon match starts at 1:00 and ends at 4:00
If you’ve never seen this it is awesome to watch.

    Sunday:
Team musket match starts at 8:00 am and ends around 4:00.
Come see just how fast and accurate these muskets can be used.

Hopefully, some of you can make the short drive to WINCHESTER, Va. to see some of these advents. There is plenty of parking, and food available at the range. Weather looks like it’s going to be nice Saturday and Sunday. Hope to see some of you there. If you have any questions or need more information about this event, please PM me.

    Thank you.

I might have to blow off other obligations to go.
