I have a shot a buying a High Standard 10-B pretty cheap but I don't know whether it's legal here in Marylandstan. The MSP website doesn't name it but the rues seems murky on a bullpup shotgun. It's semi-auto but doesn't have a folding stock but one that rotates but doesn't extend or collapse.

Maryland law states a rifle must be at least 29" long...this is 28" long but of course isn't a rifle.

Does anyone have a more conclusive answer? Thanks in advance.

google is your friend, I am not.
Rifle rules only apply to rifles. Shotguns are banned by name, or:

    7) If this is a semi-automatic shotgun, does the weapon have a revolving cylinder? If so, then it is banned and may not be purchased, sold, or transferred.

    8) If this is a semi-automatic shotgun, does the weapon have a folding stock? If so, then

The panzer BP-12 is gtg in MD. I dont know about high standard, bullpup is ok though. So the question would be- is it a copy of something from the 90s that made it to the list.

I googled it. Seems ok. Complaints include rough and unpredictable trigger feel and DONT NOT FIRE FROM LEFT ARM due to the force of shell ejection, :lol2: it prefers magnum shells to cycle reliably.

    Seems like a collectors item.

I am not there yet on bullpup and AR style shotguns. I fondled a few at some shows. I like the idea, but the trigger seems like it will bother me. I'd like to see a 20 gauge and rifled barrel for slugs. If I see that I'll dive in.
