I recently walked into my local gun store and purchased a DTI-15. It's not listed as banned although there are 2 guns by the same manufacturer with similar characteristics. My firearm has a 16 inch barrel, and a flash hider. Should I return this gun, do I have anything to be worried about?

google is your friend, I am not.
Curious why you think an FFL would risk an ATF audit, State Police audit, and go ahead and sell you a banned gun anyway?

There is a MD compliant version with the heavy barrel.

Maybe ask about the law before you think youve broken it??

If you think its illegal, retain a lawyer and return it to them.

Yes the MSP are going to raid your house and you are going to be charged/convicted/sentenced to at least 10 years in federal prison.

Seriously, no one is going to come after you. You’ll be fine.

It would be helpful to know where you live. Since you haven't put that in your info, we can only guess. I'm guessing that you live in Virginia, and you should be good to go.

It's customary for new folks to introduce themselves (we have a forum for that, called introductions) so we can welcome you and get to know you.
