The vendor isn't in NJ, so wouldn't be bound by their laws.

Isn't it the responsibility of the buyer to comply with all applicable laws?

No clue how this will shake out legally, but something tells me NJ could be deploying state resources more effectively elsewhere.

This was literally some LEO told to order mags from a bunch of different places until one shipped. FFS.

Doesn’t that mean their “investigator” broke the law? If they try to say the investigator is a LEO than wouldn’t their be no law broken?

This is why some companies won't sell ammo to people in Montgomery Co. and other companies refuse to do business in Maryland selling things that are legal because the juice isn't worth the squeeze. Watch Frosh copycat NJ and try to trap that company and others into shipping something to Maryland.

By that logic UPS would be the smuggling ring.

    Would Nevada extradite to NJ?

New Frontier Armory has shown complete disregard for New Jersey consumers.....,” Paul R. Rodríguez, director of the Division of Consumer Affairs

How did this drone get past the 7th grade? Complete disregard? They are giving NJ consumers exactly what they want.

This is exactly why a lot of dealers refuse to ship anything to Merry-Land...

It's just not worth a possible law suit by a communist government...

It would cost more to defend a lawsuit that they could ever make...

And the communist government uses your tax money to finance their suits...

    Business 101...

And most important, your neighbors continue to vote for this type of government...

    No.

If they did business in to the state, they are subject to the laws of that state.

I am curious how this shook out. Did they actually ship to NJ? Was the payment information using a NJ address? Or was this a NJ officer who used non-NJ payment address and non-NJ shipping address, but they took possession in another state and drove it in to NJ and “Frontier broke NJ law because they should know when someone is a NJ resident without that resident providing and NJ address information”

"New Frontier Armory has shown complete disregard for New Jersey consumers and for our state’s consumer protection laws"... how are they protecting the consumer? Just like the Gestapo protected the Jews. (Too much...?) But seriously stop protecting us so much and chipping away our rights in the process.

So then, Thoes undercover officers should also be charged, knowingly that it is illegal to purchases magazine within and by mailing in the state of New Jersey?
