Olszewski was D6 House of Delegates in Dundalk until 2014. Votes mostly pro gun during his time. He’s rejected his history in this race, trying to appear more liberal.

Keep reading about his love for the expansion of Section 8 in the county following in the footsteps of his now-deceased predecessor.

Almond's campaign was filthy. She accused Brochin of being in the NRA's pocket, and her fliers in the final 7-10 days were dirty pool, at best. She's also the foolish councilwoman behind the county's new law saying that leaving a firearm accessible to anyone under the age of 18 is now a crime, even if they have had a hunter's safety course. It flies in the face of state law and might be in violation of preemption.

Brochin, as we well know, is duplicitous scum who cannot be trusted with anything.

The other guy ran so far away from his slightly objectionable (to us) record in the House as to be absurd about it.

The only good news from this particular primary is that two liberals will not advance in a race for elected office. The bad news is we'll have a scummy POS with the inside track to the Executive's office.

    From her article

If less than 0.1 percent of votes separates the winner from the losing candidates, the state would pay for the cost of a potential recount. If the margin is larger, a candidate may petition for a recount, but would have to pay for it.
