Too bad my wife is due to have our first kid the week after this show...or I would go (I could convince her to go, maybe the walking will help her go into labor??)
Its hard to go to a MD gun show after that last York PA show. It makes our MD show look like a sunday flee market knife table. The MD vendors should host a show in PA just across the Mason Dixon. I was at the show in PA and I overheard a vendor tell a customer, "Yeah we dont regulate long guns in PA". But to be 100% honest, I still may go for the atmosphere. At Howard County Fairgrounds, admission $9.
Saturday 9am-5pm
Sunday 9am-3pm
This is a Silverado show. Usually a pretty decent show!

As a father of 4, it is not necessary for you to be at the birth. You're there to coach a person that does not want to be coached. As a matter of fact, you will find that you're the reason she's in that much pain. She can be there talking to her mother like they're out having lunch and you walk up and ask if there's anything you can do to make her more comfortable and Lucifer's voice comes from your usually loving wife's mouth and you are damned for eternity. DO NOT EVER hold her hand while she is in labor. She will gently hold your hand and BAM, a contraction starts and she has the strength of 1000 men. Bones will be broken in your hand. NEVER tell her how to breathe while she's having a contraction. Your adorable wife with that sweet pixie voice will spit curse words that would make a sailor blush.
So speaking as amanvictim of 4 labor and delivery tours of duty, I would recommend you tread lightly while in that room.
Good luck and fatherhood is the greatest thing to ever happen to me. You get to play with all of their toys.

I got a Springfield M1A for $600.
Aren't those banned, or did I miss an inside joke?
The show isn't until next weekend.
The sombrero and the Motorhead shirt add a nice touch to this photograph.
Wow, I'm a dumbass, I'm glad I checked the thread before heading out this AM !!!
