too bad the guy lost his life over nothing, sounds like he mistakenly believed his gf was in the uber vehicle. late night, alcohol involved... and surely the uber guy feels horrible over taking a life, though it sounds like he had the legal and moral right to do so.

Not much to have at...….if your are a whack job as his posts indicate prior to the incident, then force a vehicle to the shoulder because you misunderstand your GF and think she is in the Uber. Get out and say you have a pistol and make aggressive motions towards someone especially at night with low visibility. Make sure it isn't a CCW holder that just finished the Police Academy, especially in a Stand Your Ground state. The outcome will not be good for you. Yes he had a cell phone in his hand, and no weapon was found in his truck, that was irrelevant. What they did find was a glass pipe where someone was smoking Crystal Meth.
