    What are the Delaware handgun purchasing laws?

    1. how long does it take to purchase and background check?
    2. do you need a license?
    3. how hard is it to get a conceal carry permit?
    4. Etc...?

    If it's a firearm like a shotgun or most rifles, it's cash, fill out NICS form, background check performed, go home with firearm.

    If it's a regulated firearm - handgun, etc, its' cash, FFL in Delaware ships it to a FFL in MD, fill out MD background check forms, pick up in 8 days.
