Now I need a .50 can. Gonna get one rated for .50 BMG.
This is sort of hard to do. Most 50BMG suppressors I've looked for are specific thread pitches. Barret != Serbu != Armalite != Desert Tech, etc. There are AT LEAST 5 different BMG thread pitches. They don't adapt to other thread pitches typ w/ a muzzle device either (the muzzle device is made in only 1 or 2 pitches or are direct thread only.) Whereas something like a Bowers VERS 50 you can adapt to ANYTHING but isn't rated for BMG. If you find otherwise, I'd love to know.

Then there is weight. A Barret QDL is 2.21kg (almost 5#!) whereas a Bowers VERS 50 is 0.57kg. **HUGE** difference. You'll hate yourself trying to use a BMG suppressor on anything but a full BMG rifle.

 Agreed. A 50BMG can is a monster. And much more than needed for a 50 Beowulf.

I don’t think the VERS can do .338 Lapua. Guess I gotta get 2 cans. Darn it.

The ONLY upper/caliber I've regretted selling, was my .50 Beowulf.

Impractical, short-legs, not exactly cheap to reload - but damn did that thing put a smile on my face, even more so when bumping.
