Well after having some issues with my p226 that I bought last July I sent it back to Sig through the dealer FFL where I purchased it . This was on October 27th . Well Sig fixed it and apparently it was back by November 12th at this store in Millersville . Just got it back today .Was not happy that my new pistol malfunctioned , having to send it back. So I waited patiently. As time went by I was less than happy with Sig and said less than positive things about their product and customer service. Apparently they (Sig) where on point , fixed the issue and got it back which in my mind was quick. Well this store in Millersville said they called me to let me know it was in on November 12. BS. Ok giving them the benefit of doubt ,no message left no emails and my pistol sat there for 2 months. What pissed me off is I stopped in this store in Milersvile before Christmas to inquire about it and was told they would email Sig to ask about it. I called Sig today and they gave me the rundown. Guy on phone was great ,and knowing in hindsight I owe SIG an APOLOGY for they did their job and did it well unlike this store in Milersville. To them I say WTF. It was hard not to be totally pissed off in there but hey what would that accomplish.Dont know if I will shop there again , I know crap happens but there again WTF. So I say again sorry to Sig , I give them a thumbs up and a 10 on service. You can figure the store if you want still trying to be nice.

I had a similar issue with that store in Millersville. They said they called me on a certain date to let me know that my suppressor was ready for pickup, but it wasn't until almost 2 months later when I called to inquire about it that I found out. Oh yeah, they even made a note on the folder saying the date they called me. Funny, neither my home or cell phone recorded their call. Imagine that.

I will never go back to that place.

I think it worth a shot to guess which store it is as there are not many options. The first mistake in this scenario was that you went into said store in the first place.

The only thing that keeps them open are non shooters who want to buy a gun. They don't know any better since they don't know enough to join MDS, MSI, etc. etc. so they don't get the word. :sad20:

Nothing but horror stories about that place. Sorry they dropped the ball on your 226! I had one customer service experience with them and refuse to go back. There are a ton of other dealers who are excellent to spend your money at in the future.

Their target market is LEOs. Anybody else is second class, at least as far as the owner and her husband seem to act.

That store in Millersville wouldnt transfer a firearm for me that was md legal lol that many other shops in md sell. That's obviously their choice but I'm never shopping there again ( have purchased multiple firearms from them)

Magazine catch/release was faulty. Shot fine then one day magazine started coming out / disengage. Sig replaced it .

I’ve heard different experiences about them and one thing in common is they want to sell or upgrade something, guess that’s their job . As far as today it was a good experience but who knows what the future holds . As I was waiting for my pistol I did hear some negative stories which didn’t help my wait for I was definitely not feeling a good vibe.

Sorry the shop lied to you. Their communication generally sucks but that's really crappy of them.

There are too many better alternatives nearby.

    Not worth a sh...
