So I decided to shell out some bucks for a DPMS PANTHER LR-308.

Now all I need is a good scope, I am thinking about one of the super snipers.

I wouldn't name a gun after any president, that's just my opinion. Wouldn't want anyone to get the wrong impression. On another note it looks like a great piece of equipment.

Super Snipers are nice for a fixed magnification, if you want variable magnification, and don't have a grand or so for glass, look at www.falconoptics.com I hae one of their scopes on my 308, and love it.
