I just received an email from Sue Hecht District 3, Frederick/Washington Counties stating she will not seek another term :party29:. This is good news for all of us, as she was strongly anti-gun.

Good news. Maybe she figured the Conservative heat would be on this cycle.

Or maybe she just got tired and decided to get a real job.

    Either way, good news.

She hasn't had a real job in years. It's interesting that she is retiring. Her district is majority Democrat and she has a lot of name recognition so IMO she was pretty safe for re-election.

She had that lame Hecht Yes slogan and I recall there was someone putting No stickers on her signs. I think this was the '02 election.

Anyone back me up on this?
