Nice! There's a small flock of 5 on the public land I hunt that I regularly see.. Hoping they are there for the season!

Mist be nice, the DNR trapped most of the ones here at my place, don't no where they placed them this time but last time it was somewhere on the eastern shore.

I wish they would remove lots of them. And restock western maryland. Now a late season either sex.. Can't call a gobbler in spring with the amount of hens there is.

Call them up and let them know that you're against it.
I don't hunt in Maryland anymore, but I do like to see them in my yard.

Saw them everyday sika deer hunting in dorchester this year. You can guarantee i wont be able to buy one down there during the 2 day winter season though.

Spring 2014 was my first turkey season. Took it pretty seriously and went out a lot but came up empty. Looking to rectify that situation this spring. I've heard good things about parts of eastern shore and southern MD.

Where's the best place on the eastern shore to go? Any places in so md still got turkey?I've only hunted chicamuxen, riverside, and some private land in at Mary's that I lost cause someone stole the owners kids blind.

Just about all maryland counties have turkey, just some more then others. If I had all of the days off for late season I could take someone it's not a problem. Just unsure about schedule.

I wish! My leave block ends tomorrow morning and I don't think they'll let me take leave just to go hunt lol . But I do get weekends off!
