Hope this is not a dupe. Vermont Dem's knee jerk submission for AWB has been withdrawn after he could not garner the support needed. One for the good guys.

Glad you posted it, but VT is nowhere near a bellweather for the nation.

Yes, they are exceeding liberal, but they are also wildly pro-gun.

Whether BS or not his statement was far more respectful to gun owners than anything we're likely to hear out of Annapolis.

Although, I'm pretty positive it was bs.

^ This. It's quite a unique state, along with Maine and New Hampshire. I wouldn't use it as any indicator for states like Maryland.
