    Before I "pull the trigger" on buying some ammo, does anyone have experience with using the 5.56mm 55 Grain FMJ M193 IMI Ammo Made by Israel Military Industries Mfg?

    SG Ammo has 1200 rounds for $380 plus some shipping making it about $400.

    Generally considering high quality ammo, though I've heard wildly different accounts of its accuracy. No complaints from me, but I've never shot it for groups.

    That's about 10% higher cost than a 1200rd case was a year or two ago.

    I would buy IMI over PMC; however, I also keep stock of PPU and Wolf Gold for blasting away. Never shot any of these for groups at any appreciable as they're generally being fed to my 2gun rifle.
