Hogan will gladly sign this. But uh thats ok because it is more important to have Republican Governor degrade our gun rights than a Democrat one. That way we feel like we're Winning while we're being bent over. I know, I know, this is a Hogan fanboy and MDGOP fanboy site, we can't dare expect them to be actual conservatives because we need redistricting and 1 dollar off tolls!
That same redistricting that the legislature can simply override the governor on
