I put my order in on the 12th. They charged my card. I got no confirmation of order, or shipment email. I emailed them Saturday, because no one was available for live chat. I still have not heard back from them. Already angry, getting to the irate stage if I can't get someone to send me the boots.
ETA: I just live chatted with Amanda there. Somehow my email address was misspelled. I got a tracking number, so all is good.
