A simple post here by him could alleviate a lot of confusion and speculation. Would take about 30 seconds of his time.

That's what I was just thinking and apparently he is aware of the interest

I am not sure what point you are trying to make so you might want to try again. I am offering facts, not speculations.

It should not be hard to figure out that my point is/was, document all correspondence with John because it may come in handy in the future.

Once again, I'm not sure from your post, but if you are implying that it is OK to ignore customer messages of all types because your Inbox is too full or your Vmessage inbox is so full it won't accept more messages, then perhaps you do not understand retail customer service 101 best practices. I would not have given a ratz ass if John had simply told me the gun is back ordered instead of blaming his distributors and Fed Ex ground on failing to deliver it 3x over a period of weeks. In my opinion, the lack of timely customer communication, especially during failure to deliver dispute, is an abuse of common courtesy and the customer.

Not practical for everyone but stopping by seems better than phones or email. I did not question anything as all of my dealings have gone reasonably smooth.
Did you know about this thread before you went?

Did you bring it up to the guy?

I had an approved Form 4 that he says he never received. ATF requires a written letter from him requesting another approved Form 4 be mailed. I wrote up the letter and emailed it to him two weeks ago. I would like to get confirmation that he sent it.

If they are open Friday and I haven't gotten a reply, I might drive down there with the letter for him to sign so I can throw it in the mail personally.

Easy there bro, I wasn't even talking to you, nor did I mention your name. My post was directed at the MDHog, with his "...this guy probably..." speculation that directly conflicted with your email documentation I quoted. YOUR statement is the "upstream"... I'm sorry not to have been more clear.

My bad. I misunderstood your post. All good here.
