My HD gun is a home-built SBR. Engage upper and lower. 10.5” Noveske barrel (5.56). Trigger is a Geissele B-GRF (with the 3.5# spring). Fenix light with pressure switch - 1200 lumen. Aimpoint PRO, 762-SDN-6 suppressor. Ammo is home loaded with Nosler Ballistic Tip 5.56 ammo. 40 round P-MAGS X2.
It is everything people say should not be used in a HD gun. I have shot the gun extensively. I know it well. Everything is well thought out. Plenty of fire power to stop a threat. Overkill? Home defense should not be fair. Threaten my family and I am coming at you with overwhelming firepower.
