Thanks for the heads-up, ordered some buck, some .65 ball + buck, and some rubber buckshot for kicks and giggles.

They are rebranding the stuff Century was selling and its worked pretty well for me.

Thanks for the heads up. Got back from vaca and redeemed some club points for a free box with 1 cent shipping. Nice! :)

How's the quality of Herter's 12ga? Is it as consistent as Estate and Gun Club?

Not that this is hugely helpful to you but I have had zero issues with it thru my travels with informal clay shooting (trap and sporting). Used in an auto and a o/u with no issues. I'm sure you want more specific info but its a start ;)

I shot 10 flats from the sale earlier this year. I liked them a lot, another guy I know who bought several flats spoke highly of them also.

One little thing, the boxes suck balls. If you so much as breathe on the wrong they blow apart, very annoying. But, good shell, well worth it at $60 a flat.

I like the wide variety of loads from Herters, in 20 gauge I can get 7/8oz in the target loads and 1oz in the field loads, 12 gauge has a wide variety also.

I tried getting the estate target buy 4 get the 5 one free but when I went to checkout the girl said that didn't come up on sale. Just the estate heavy dove load. I just left it.

Nuts accidently ordered "mini buckshot" oh well guess I need to order a KSG which reputadely eats them just fine. Or they will be fodder for the Doc Holiday Special (e.g., Rossi Overland)

I buy Herter's every time they're on sale if there's some kind of cheap shipping deal. Though they seem a bit smokier than some other brands, they shoot great.

Well I tried a couple of boxes today at PG Trap and Skeet and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. They worked excellently on my 870. They cycled the best out of anything I ever used. I will get more when they run their free shipping deal.
