Will a DI 10" barrel 5.56 pistol have problems cycling with a suppressor on it?

Thank you...If the D.I. gun was overgassed, yes it can have problems cycling. A piston gun can have problems too if too overgassed before a can is installed. Overgassed causes a gun to have either too much bolt velocity or it behaves like an undergassed gun and won't extract. This happens because the casing pressure it too high when the bolt tries to unlock.
An undergassed 10" that won't cycle without a can will cycle with a can.
