Can anyone identify this bayonet?

I got this from my brother a few years back, he didnt know/remember where he got it. The Sheath is made of some kind of metal (non magnetic, brass maybe?) and the tip of the sheath broke off and was in the box, but not pictured IIRC it had a "ball" on the end.

No markings other than the one "snowman in a circle" looking one. Handle is wood. Looks fairly old.

Its in pretty rough shape overall, would this be worth any kind of restoration?

Thanks for any help.. Click images to make larger.

Thanks to the leads provided by the two gentlemen above, and a quick search, it would appear to be a Japanese Type 30 from Nagoya Arsenal.

Indeed it does!

May not have come across it, without this question, or your help. So, thanks to you, too.

Thanks for the link and info.

Think its worth doing anything to it to clean it up and such or leave it as-is?

Yep Japanese Type 30 bayonet from the Nagoya Arsenal as others already mentioned. Based on the hooked guard, bright (not blued) blade and shape of the handle it’s either pre-WWII or very early WWII. It will fit Type 30, 38, and 99 Arisaka rifles/carbines.
