    Or...

"The coroner says he's not dead, he's only incapacitated because you guys shot out his kneecaps and elbows, and duct taped his mouth shut!"

"Doesn't matter... proceed with the cremation."

I know on some level it's wrong, but I hope the wrong doers leave this world in pain.

Updated article says the guy is in his own home. If that's true, I wholeheartedly agree. Burn that bitch to the ground with him in it.

Totally befitting any cop killer. No way should three hots and a cot, along with hero statice, for the rest of their lives. Kill'm all before some wackadoodle college gives them tenior.

This. They should hang him in the middle of a busy intersection with a description below of what he did.

And apparently Deleware has an armored skid loader. That's extremely badass.

They used breaching charges on the door I am guessing it may have taken out the windows too

Been to that WAWA many times. Noticed 3 helo's hovering southwest of me while I was at Cabela's in Christiana and turned on the local news to find out what was going on. RIP officer, prayers to the family.

Wife just showed me a picture of the side of the house and a giant section of the outer wall was missing and the perp was laying in the yard

I'm glad they got the guy, but really, if they would have just gone inside after they breached the doors, it wouldn't have lasted as long as it did and the damage/risk to life would have been lowered..

they breached the doors, but didn't go in
they breached the windows but didn't go in..

I'm surprised they didn't blow the whole house down...lol

except for the entry team. he was contained. why risk entry until all other alternatives were exhausted?

    I don't know about that.

Not knowing the floor plan of the house, not knowing if he had help, what armed with, traps, IED's, etc.

I would think surround him, evacuate others and contain him.
