I'm just looking forward to the first round of Ruglins that get posted in here...

    Me too! Me too!

They could probably make .357 1894s and .22 cal model 39 levers ONLY for a solid year and still not fulfill demand just for those.

    I NEED a Ruglin 357!!!!

The last buff cuff came in. The 1895GS has Diamond D leather out of Alaska on it and the 1895G has Buffalo Brand leather out of Oklahoma on it.

In the mood for a little different news and commentary in the cave, I dimmed the lights and put on Newsmax in the background. Greg Kelly Un-Foxed is a breath of fresh air. And ... there’s a news channel running GUN ads. Henry, of course. It was a treat.

My Uberti 1873 in .357 with a few friends. Technically, a Sharps is also considered a lever-action....

I love mine. Never had a hiccup, except one failure to extract, that was because the rim of the case head was unusually small. However, I'm quite certain the previous owner had work done, as it has a noticeably short lever throw and light mainspring.

What cartridges are using for deer?
I was looking at a 357 lever for deer, but the reading I did claimed it was a marginal round for that purpose?

My Rossi 92 in 357. Took 2 does with it this year and was very impressed with its performance.

Cool, I just Googled the model, and am putting it on the future list. I have a pair of Winchester 9422M rifles (also in 22 Mag), and like your Marlins, one is scoped and the other isn't. I don't know the Marlin line as well, and despite recently picking up a 39M (in 22LR of course) didn't know that they had a 22 Mag lever. Wonder how the short throw compares to the Browning BL-22. In any case, great looking Marlin pair.

Thank you! the short throw action was patented by Keiser company ( I may have spelled it wrong?) for their shotguns. its unbelievable short. your hand never has to leave the stock! its a roller cam action, which is extremely smooth.
