    Long story short it only jams when trying to pull the bolt back for the first round if the tube magazine is full. If I load the first round by itself then load the tube mag it's fine and cycles thru the mag like a new gun. If anyone knows what the deal is I would be grateful.

    Thanks, turns out a someone on rimfire central hit the nail on the head either a dirty lifter or not pulling the bolt quick enough...turns out I was being a wimp and not pulling quick enough. :o
