How is it going to be bad for the people on the ground? Exelon treats it's employees like gold.

As someone that has lived thru the BGE, Constellation, Constellation/EDF, Exelon adventure at Calvert Cliffs I can say they have been pretty fair with people that are in jobs that will be going away. At Calvert Cliffs they have given those people 2 years to find other jobs with-in the company.
