    I am a complete newb when it comes to this stuff and I may or may not be waiting on a Poly 80 lower in the mail.:innocent0

    So can someone please school me on the differences between these 2 barrels? From all the specs they list, they appear identical. The only thing that I can see is that one is labeled 'unbranded', whatever that means. Thanks in advance.

    416R or 4150 Chromemoly? Which is better for a plinking range gun which gets cleaned after use?

    Here is there G19 threaded barrel which they say is designed for use of a suppressor (Gen 5 G19). With the slide locked back should the black rod thing with the spring thing on it protrude into the threads of the barrel? I haven't built any pistol suppressors yet but .... not too worried.
