    The Ruger AR556 MPR is loaded with great features and can be bought for only $600 (IN FREE STATES)

    Is there any possible way to buy a lower and an upper or put something together that will compete with the RUGER MPR price point and be Maryland Legal?

    It's brand new. Give it until summer or fall and Ruger will probably offer it in HBAR. Nothing special about the specs. Just that the rifle is dirt cheap. Time will tell if that low price translates to reliability.
