my sister just said her church announced they have some sort of a security plan. said they have had it for some time but felt the need to let folks know now due to recent events. basically sounds like some armed leo parishioners, not sure if a formal plan or they would just count on the couple of armed guys to figure it out.

You forgot "equity in evacuation" so that everyone has equal opportunity to flee before getting riddled full of holes.
