    Almost "Bit" by the "Black Gun " AR=15, bug. I know there are a LOT of options interested in a solid stock, scope mount and GOOD trigger or possible upgrade.

    You can buy one for less than $1000. Remember it's an AR. I think they are a great gun but you are limited by the round size. Nothing funner to shoot!

    You can build your self a nice one for under 1000.00 all depends on what your wanting to do with it. Once the bug bites it doesn't stop. Haha good luck and feel free to ask any questions :beer:

    For the money, you do have a fair amount of options.

    Although as Name Taken has mentioned, if you can get a Colt, go for it - in the long run if you ever go to sell it, you'll do better in the long run with a Colt.

    If you want to mod it out, then you can buy a diff't brand for less $$, and have some fun modding it out. It's all up to you. :)

    Buy your $700 complete rifle and spend $15 on one of mch28's AR15 grip screw trigger adjusters. put the rest of the money you would have spent on a trigger pack on a optic or ammo.
