Form 4 MG trust:
February 24 check cashed;
April 3 ATF says I was not yet pending;
April 15 BATFE told me I went pending February 24;
Approved by BATFE May 26;
FFL calls to say stamp received May 30!
That works out to about a full three months.
Three months sounds great, fingers crossed that still holds. I'm a month behind you.

Seems I need to make some phone calls. I filled out a Form 4 on a trust the first week of December and haven't heard anything.

I submitted an eForm 1 today for an SBR. Should be interesting to see how long it takes.
My M11/9 went check cashed April 7, so it's looking like mid-July when I see mine.

If you called BATFE at some time in the past and gave them the serial number of the firearm, what did they say? In my case, I called a few times before April 15 and was told I was not yet pending. it surprised me when I called on April at and was told I was pending as of the day my check was cashed February 23. Others told me I am not alone.
What has BATFE told you so far?

My Sparrow went into process February 19th. Just picked it up today. Very fast for an individual form.

Roger at Midwest. He's always getting in various police and agency trade-ins. Looks like he raised his prices. The Benelli M1 SBS is now listed at $725. I got mine for $650 delivered. I also have a Mossberg 590A1 SBS from him.

5.56 Saker, individual Form 4 went in the mail 3 June. With luck, I might have it in hand 1 October.

Had to go back and forth between chrome and safari to finish my submissions. Finally received payment and submission for my 2 form 1 suppressors. Now the (hopefully) 3-4months wait begins!
