Once you know that unconstitutional gun bans aren't laws and there's no duty to obey or enforce such infringements, you can feel better and live more free.

Well you know the idiots in Annapolis cant let Virginia one up them. It will be coming here too.

The more of these non-grandfather laws that pass in other states, the more likely that Maryland will come back and take away prior possession as well. We’re all in this together.

It's the duty of free americans to completely disregard this unconstitutional ********. The left isn't going to like the response when they push too far against those that value liberty and understand what it takes to preserve it.

That's not what ex post facto means.

It means they can't make a law that says what you did yesterday can be prosecuted tomorrow. Making something illegal today even though it was legal yesterday isn't ex post facto. It used to be legal to drive without a license and cars didn't need tags.

Ex post facto would be a ban on peanut butter on toast starting today, but the law saying you could be arrested, prosecuted and jailed for doing it last week.

I think you'll find I was agreeing with the nature of your point in my earlier point. Perhaps I didn't make it as clear as I thought. Carry on.

Works awesome until the cops arrest you because you were showing a banned gun/mag at the range, and then you can't provide for your wife and kids because you're in jail.

Until they come knocking on your door or more likely kicking it in. Then we will be forced with a tough choice

Not really cops aren't stupid they would just catch you on your way home from work, detain you and than make entry, why wait until the suspect has had dinner then barricade themselves inside their stronghold with all of their weapons.

You can't believe how bad the entire Koresh/Branch Dividian mess was...the public investigation didn't scratch the surface of badly the government acted and how bad their preparations and tactics were. The entire thing was completely unnecessary.

During the Raid on the compound 4 ATF officers were killed. Their was one video showing them up on the room attempting to enter thru a window and you could see the 50cal rounds going thru the wood walls right into the ATF officer. Their is no doubt about it, the ATF was totally outgunned by the Branch Dividian people.

Might be wrong on this but I seem to recall that the 50 cal rounds were being fired by one of the alphabet agency's that were involved in that total disaster.

This is why it's important to make government agents believe you have cooperated by turning over the firearms they know about...

Apparently the alphabets had a house where they were watching and he would go for a run or walk daily. Could have easily picked him up in one of those runs. Instead they waited till he was inside to pick him up. These are the people we have in place to minimize damage during times like Waco. It was an utter failure with no accountability afterward. Who investigated the gov? The gov. See anything wrong with that?

It was worse than that...but you're right on that point. The mistakes made...some friendly fire as well. The entire thing went **** up due to poor planning and execution...just one huge cluster.

The closest to the truth the public got to see was an investigation by Soldier of Fortune magazine...which was disregarded and ridiculed by Chuck Schumer very publicly. The man has no shame and as often been said...the most dangerous place to be in DC is to be between Chuck Schumer and a tv camera.

    Fellow Patriots,

If you are waiting on a politician to save your right to keep and bear arms, you have already lost.

As I type this, Bills are being introduced to GUT both the 2nd Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article 13 of the Virginia State Constitution.

If your rights are worth five minutes, we need your help, TODAY.

Anti-Gun Radical Nut Senator Richard Saslaw (D-35) has introduced Senate Bills 12,16 and 18 that will:

    Ban Private Gun Sales
Ban scary looking Semi Automatic firearms
    Ban standard capacity magazines

You need to call Saslaw TODAY at 804-698-7535 and then again at 703-978-0200 and tell him he must withdraw Senate Bills 12, 16 and 18 immediately.

Then you must email him at district35@senate.virginia.gov and demand he withdraws his tyrannical anti-gun legislation.

Then please forward this email to all of your friends and family who support the 2nd Amendment and ask them to also sign Our Recall Governor Ralph Northam petition linked here.

Together we must stand united and refuse to allow Radical Ralph Northam and Senator Saslaw to strip away our God given rights.

So if the right to keep and bear arms is worth five minutes of your time, again you need to call Saslaw TODAY at 804-698-7535 and then again at 703-978-0200 and tell him he must withdraw Senate Bills 12, 16 and 18 immediately.

If every single freedom loving Virginian called, we could force Northam and Saslaw into doing nothing.

But this all depends on you.

If you do nothing, then be prepared to watch your God given rights be stripped away by the far left anti-gun nuts.

    So call today.

I remember that vid. He was on a lower overhang roof trying to breech that window. Man, all the wood fragments flying all around him. Damn
