Painter in Southern Maryland

My house is for sale and I'm thinking about hiring a painter to paint the kitchen and the living room. It's probably 400-500 sqft. I painted it before but I don't really have the time or patience anymore. Any painters here or recommendations? I am in Southern Maryland.

My mother in law used a painter to do her house a few years ago that she was very happy with. I believe it was Lumpkins painting I am not sure of the spelling or if I have the right name. I do know they run their business out of a house across from Huntingtown elementry school and they have been around for decades.

John Abell, Abell Painting, 240 538 6106. I believe he is near Hollywood, MD. I use him for rental properties in Waldorf. Reasonably priced, fast and good work.

I live next to the 231 bridge in Calvert. I have a guy I use from Hollywood in St. Mary's. PM me if interested. He charges somewhere between 25-30 per hour.

I never used him but my neighbor owns wood's painting. He is in saint leonard. He is a nice guy from all the dealings I've had with him. He has a big buisness I've seen several of his company trucks coming and going.

Thanks everyone, my real estate agent is saying don't paint just yet as you will never get the color they want anyway. He said to wait for feedback to see if that is preventing a sale.
