We're going to rent out our house when we go back overseas later this year and we had maintained our house ourselves when coming back for leave and vacation. We might not be able to come back as often for the next few years so I'm looking for references for anyone who can do basic repair work if any problems pop up with the house. I'm looking mostly for plumbing and general repair type of experience. The wiring in the house is good so I don't think I'll have any electrical problems.
