    Nice Beavers!

Trees on the bank say thanks!

    LOL, punji sticks everwhere!

Market is in toilet but will probably ship to NAFA and HOPE they bring something.

When fur prices drop, catch drops, so castor price goes up.

Castors, glands used for scent marking.

And sold for use in perfumes, food additives ( ie, "other natural flavorings") ,etc

Where do you sell something like that? Curious how that works.

When I was a kid I shot 20 beaver a year just to keep them out of the ponds around Southern Ohio.

I only ever used the teeth to make a fishing line necklace...

Can dry and ship to auction house, same as fur.
Hope it sells, then wait for the check.

Also, some local and travelling buyers.

You couldn’t find any that were shaved?

That reminds me of the old Cajun that told his wife he needed a new pair of alligator shoes so he was going gator hunting that night. He left shortly after dinner and was out all night. He came dragging in right about breakfast time and flopped into his chair, exhausted. His wife asked him if he had any luck and he replied:
"Well, yes and no. I did kill me 8 gators last night, but you know what? Not a damn one of them was wearing shoes!"
    I guarontee!
