In accordance to our role to provide the residents of Maryland with means to exercise their Second Amendment right to own a firearm and to comply with the statutes of the Firearm Safety Act of 2013, the Maryland State Rifle and Pistol Association will be conducting the required Handgun Qualification License (HQL) classes at the Associated Gun Clubs of Baltimore.
The cost for the classes is $30.00 per person. The Handgun Qualification License course is a four-hour block of training which includes classroom instruction on state firearm law, home firearm safety, handgun mechanisms and operation, and a live fire exercise.
