    Saw an AD in Bass Pro for the Marlin 795 ($99 after rebate) and was doing some research and realized they make a SS version.

    Anyone know of the cheapest place to pick up a Marlin 795 SS ?

    Not much help with the SS, but a 795 question

    I saw the 795 at Dicks for the same price, $99 after rebate. Is there any reason I shouldn't buy that gun?

    I have a Marlin semi and a Marlin bolt gun....I love them both, but I've never handled a 795. Seems like $100 investment isn't too much to risk.

    I bought it. How can you pass up a brand new gun for $100?
    And to get back on topic, Dan at Gun Connection said he can order the stainless model.
