He may well have been a good person (I have no idea) but he was not a good judge. All I will say is I hope that his replacement understands the Constitution better then he did. RIP.

The Democrats will obstruct and drag it out while they're hoping to re-take the Senate in the upcoming election cycle. With McConnell as Majority Leader not pushing hard for the Republican agenda it will be difficult to get a nominee...any nominee...through before the election regardless of how the election goes.
