We have on on the rack at the shop. It seems like a very well built rifle.

I realize this thread is old but I went to cables yesterday to get this exact model. I only went there due to a gift card from Christmas otherwise I wouldn't go in. I was told you can't have it in MD. After waiting on the one and only person working that day I just turned around and walked out. So I'll be looking for one local. I was searching here to see if anything came with it. Cabell wouldn't go look in the box for me.

This model in 5.56 did not have an HBAR configuration, least not yet. The .308 variety is legal in MD. You could buy the upper receiver for the 5.56 you want, then buy a stripped of built lower separately. Though I do not condone breaching any laws by circumventing the supreme leaders guidance, in this sovereign municipality of his heir socialite.

I waited about 20 minutes I guess and had him bring me the dpms recon which on their site is a 556 hbar and specifically on msp's firearm search site as legal. So he hands it over and I'm looking it over just for feel really and ask what comes in the factory box. His response no exaggeration was I don't know and he just stared at me. I asked because a customer before me ended up getting the floor open box model and he was handed a torn up mess with the rifle just tossed. Guy didn't say anything though
To be honest that reaction pissed me off and then he went on to say it was illegal in md. I didn't feel like arguing. I also saw the 308 and am considering it.

I think you need to go back to the first link and do some reading! It is a HBAR! "16" Midlength HBAR bead blasted 416 Stainless Steel"
