I had a few standard capacity magazines sitting out on my desk the other day, and I know it sounds strange, but they didn't try to kill anyone. Weird huh?

One of mine almost broke a toe once when it dropped on my bare foot. In its defense I knocked it off a work bench. So you could argue it was a case of self defense.

Does state pre-emption prevent the state from legislating firearms law? No.

Bill sponsors are from Baltimore, but it is not a Baltimore regulation, it would be state wide.
