A LOT of threads on states with legislation. So I thought, why not keep a running list in one thread.

Wyoming has constitutional carry for residents only.

Montana and Idaho currently allow it only outside city limits Residents only can constitutional carry inside city limits in Idaho

If all these pass, we would be looking at 21 states with constitutional carry. Getting close to half of them.

I probably first heard that from you.

Other than the VA governor, most of the state has been going in a good direction.

This is interesting, I wonder how much of it is true; seems to cut both ways:

Looks like the problems are deeper than that, it didn't get out of committee and the vote wasn't close. Several GOP members on the committee voted against it.
They'll need to be flushed as well.

That was the deal for VA not to drop reciprocity with 25 other states. The Repubs made the deal with McAuliffe

Accordig to VCDL, the Constitutional Carry bill for VA is dead for this year.

This seems to be a clear signal ConCarry isn't happening in Indiana this year: http://www.journalgazette.net/news/...some-immediate-carry-rights-advances-17794006

Another bill was amended to authorize a "study" of Constitutional Carry. I suppose a step forward for next year but still pretty lame IMO.

true, but each state that succeeds each year, gives other states more motivation to try and puts more pressure on legislatures that are anti gun imo
