The last doc in the list appears to grant them access to sealed docs.

The next-to-last doc indicates things are on-hold until an intermediate decision gets settled - at issue is the Defendants' individual-capacity liability. (Assuming I'm reading that correctly.)

This case makes for interesting con law but in terms of real world feasibility wake me up when these guys can make a rifle that stands up to a month in the field. If I am hunting a man or living off the land I am not depending on some polymer 3d contraption.
