I know Bushmaster ar's are banned by named, even though its a dumb a$$ interpretation of the regs. What about Bushmaster AR 10's? AR 10's are legal, but if they carry the Bushmaster name are the allowed or not?

    Just wondering,

I'm suprised Bushmaster has not filed a suit against this if other brands are deemed okay.

    Just sayin.....

Then again, that could go bad also.....

Our friend I quoted below has contacted. Bushmaster about this issue, and was basically told to GFY. So they aren't the slightest bit interested.

Wrong. It's the Gwinn Firearms Bushmaster rifle. The M17S post-dates the law, and was pretty much the only bullpup missed by the federal AWB.

    ....In other words, this thing.

Bushmaster rifles are capable of full-auto, child endangerment. Everybody knows that. We don't have that problem in Maryland.
