    Year long wait times?

    Screw that.

I though it was bad at 6-8 months.

    What the hell happened?

    July 14th

Keep in mind, form 3/4s have two waiting periods so to speak. First the F3, then the F4.

Eventually it should go back down.

I was reading on ARFCOM that 2 post 41f submissions have received stamps. One individual, the other didn't say.

Ok I have two SBR questions.

1st. I really enjoy the shockwave brace. Now that I have my tax stamp cant I just blatantly shoulder the thing any time I want.

2nd. Hypothetically if a person has an SBR tax stamp for 27" OAL (say from another state) can you legally possess in MD.

    1. You can now shoulder the brace even if you don't have a stamp.

    2. Depends. I've had my form 20s for travel into MD denied due to length being under 29". Someone else sent in info stating their SBR was made prior to Oct 2013 and his were approved. Thinking of trying to send mine again so I can bring my toys to MD but haven't done it yet.

Just got my "final" stamp tonight!

Form 1 efile, Drafted 7/10, activated 7/20ish(past the 7/14 cutoff). SBR. Trust.

Think I'll keep it a pistol until I finally exfil from this state cause I like my 5" barrel. It has an SB PDW and will keep that as well.

Called ATF on my last can today. Check was cashed 7/21/16 ( I had 2 go in at the same time, 1 was approved on 6/4/16) I believe this 1 will reach the 12 month mark before I get it. But it is what it is and I'll continue to wait.
